WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders. Orders placed on Friday past 12pm CST will typically ship the following Monday. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when selecting your shipping method.
- Orders are processed as soon as possible during business hours. We typically get all orders out within a 24-48 hour window, and try our hardest to do so! You will get an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. Please make sure to watch for your package, as we are not liable for any packages confirmed delivered by our shipping carriers.
- In the event your order ships later than usual, we will send a follow-up email and let you know when it is expected to ship. During the holiday season, shipping times may vary and orders may take 5-7 business days to process and ship. WHAT IS IN-STORE PICK UP?
- Once we receive your order for in-store pickup, we will process it and send you an email letting you know it is available and ready for pickup. The majority of our items are available in-store and therefore we can process in-store pickups rather quickly. Please note there may be instances when we need to special order items and therefore pick up times may vary.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING!
- Yes, we certainly know what it's like to want things quickly for a last minute birthday outfit or a vacation! Expedited shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please call us if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING GUIDELINES
- All overnight orders confirmed before 12:00PM CST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00PM CST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO'S?
- Yes! We ship USPS to P.O. boxes and military addresses. However, we are not able to offer expedited shipment to these addresses.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA, ALASKA & HAWAII?
- Of course! However, our flat rate is not available for these destinations. Rather, standard shipping rates apply.
CAN I USE MY APRICOT LANE GIFT CARD ONLINE?
- Unfortunately, we are not able to redeem gift cards purchased in Apricot Lane physical stores at our on-line store. However, we offer e-gift cards online that will be emailed to you. Our e-gift cards are for online shopping only.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once your order is processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We always suggest creating an account with us so you can easily log in and keep track of your purchases.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
- If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please call us immediately during business hours at 214-550-0695. If it is outside of business hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We begin processing orders immediately, so please know that we will do our best to update your info, but if the item has already been packaged, we are unable to change it. If you are using PayPal as a form of payment, please make sure your shipping info is up to date!
